On 19–21 March 2004 the first liturgical and music workshop took place at the Dominican friary in Kraków. It was attended by 230 people from all over Poland, as well as from Belarus and the Czech Republic.

Talks were given by Tomasz Kwiecień OP, Jan Pospieszalski, Marcin Bornus-Szczyciński and Andrzej Bujnowski OP. Music rehearsals were led by Piotr Pałka, Hubert Kowalski and Paweł Bębenek.

The workshop was organized by the student friars from Kraków under the direction of the then director of the Dominican Liturgical Center, Fr. Karol Karbownik OP.
